The Mandarin language term “Guà Hào” is a two-way representation in modern Taiwan. For the post office in Taiwan, ”Guà Hào” means the registered mail for people to receive the newest information and to deliver their deepest sentiment; For the hospital in Taiwan, ”Guà Hào” means appointments for people to recover their healthy life through a flow of medical consultations, checkup and prescription filling. In this Museum-Opening special magazine, we would like to invite readers to rediscover the early-20th century Taiwan through a different way.
